A place where I can ask/answer questions from some readers or to some people I read. But the majority of time I use it for sharing links that might be of interest to the people who follow me as well. I don't get the whole "what are you doing now?", as I don't get people between exists "virtual friendship" and use replies (@) for discussions instead of using direct messages... but that's just me.
