		<description>True i saw people working for 24 hr making mistakes then spend more time to fix them. &amp; when some one talk about work status a rude answer comes &quot;can&#039;t you see i am working very hard to get it done&quot;. Some time we are working on right things right time but get freak out because of wrong estimation of time,budget, resource etc.</description>
