Randy Pausch is a computer-science professor from Carnegie Mellon University, dying from pancreatic cancer. He was invited to by Carnegie Mellon to give a last lecture.

Although his condition and the fact that he was expected to live for only a few months, he is still alive today. He is exceptionally energetic and seems to be extremely healthy. In his last lecture, Randy Pausch is phenomenal, teaching about the simple things in life that makes who we are. You can find his lecture as a book, called, well, The Last Lecture. Watch the video.
